After a 32 year career leading Britain's' Commando Green Berets, Scotty now shares his knowledge and experience to work with people and teams across a wide range of industries from hospitality to finance, from Apple to Tesla, and beyond! Scotty has highly attuned and honed the key leadership skills & personal values to inspire and mentor others to "achieve their impossible dreams". Many of the teams that Scotty has worked with have gone on to attain the highest levels of recognition and success.
