After a 32 year career leading Britains' Commando Green Berets, Scotty now shares his knowledge and experience to work with people and teams across a wide range of industries from hospitality to finance, from retail to oil & gas. Scotty has developed the key leadership skills and high values to inspire and mentor others to "achieve their impossible dreams". Many of the teams that Scotty has worked with have gone on to attain high levels of recognition and success.
